Kifayti Commerce Private Limited ("Kifayti", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the platform available at Kifayti.in, including related mobile applications, services, and technology infrastructure (collectively, the "Platform").
Kifayti.in is a hyperlocal marketplace platform that enables independent third-party sellers to list and sell products to customers within designated service areas in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Each seller is independently responsible for product quality, authenticity, pricing, statutory compliance, invoicing, warranties, and fulfilment obligations.
To use the Platform:
Kifayti reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

All prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on the Platform are subject to product availability, seller acceptance, payment authorisation, and fraud prevention verification.
Kifayti reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion, limit order quantities, or cancel transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or policy violations. Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. Kifayti does not store card or banking credentials.
Delivery timelines shown on the Platform are estimated timelines only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic disruptions, public holidays, seller preparation delays, technical failures, or force majeure events beyond reasonable control. Kifayti shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Each seller using the Platform expressly agrees and undertakes that:
If a seller is found to have repeatedly shipped incorrect, misleading, counterfeit, or poor-quality products, Kifayti reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Kifayti may also impose operational quality standards, packaging guidelines, seller performance metrics, cancellation thresholds, and dispute-resolution obligations from time to time.

All Platform content including logos, trademarks, UI/UX designs, source code, graphics, text, and brand assets are owned by or licensed to Kifayti Commerce Private Limited and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Kifayti shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits or business opportunities, product-related disputes attributable to sellers, temporary Platform unavailability, or unauthorised account access resulting from user negligence. Kifayti's aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kifayti, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of laws or third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Kifayti reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
All customer payments — whether online or Cash on Delivery — are collected by Kifayti on behalf of the seller. After deducting applicable platform charges and statutory obligations, the net settlement amount is transferred to the seller's registered bank account as per the settlement cycle.
GST on Payment Gateway charges is absorbed by Kifayti and is not deducted from the seller.
Settlements are transferred via NEFT/IMPS/UPI to the seller's registered bank account. Kifayti reserves the right to withhold settlements in cases of active disputes, fraud investigation, incomplete KYC, or policy violations. Sellers must raise settlement disputes within 7 days of the settlement date by emailing support@kifayti.in.
All delivery riders ("Riders") operating on the Kifayti Platform agree to the following obligations upon account activation:
Strict Warning: Misappropriation, retention, or unauthorised use of COD cash collected on behalf of Kifayti is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination, recovery proceedings, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
Riders earn a fixed delivery fee for each successfully completed order:
Daily Bonus: Once a Rider completes 12 deliveries in a day, a ₹25 bonus is applied retroactively to all deliveries made that day. Every delivery from the 13th onwards also earns ₹65. The daily count resets at midnight.
Earnings are credited only for orders with confirmed delivery via the Rider App. Earnings are not credited for undelivered, returned, or fraudulently marked orders.
Settlement is transferred to the Rider's registered bank account or UPI handle. Any unremitted COD amounts or recovery for lost/damaged orders will be deducted before transfer. Kifayti reserves the right to withhold settlement pending investigation of misconduct, COD misappropriation, or policy violations.
