A return or exchange request may be considered in the following situations:

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
Customers must raise return requests within 24 hours of delivery for wrong or damaged products, or within such other period as displayed on the product page. Late requests may not be accepted.
Kifayti may require product photographs, unboxing video, Invoice or Order ID, or physical inspection to verify the claim. Fraudulent or abusive claims may result in account restrictions.
Email support@kifayti.in with your Order ID and clear photographs of the product received.
Our team will review your complaint and may request additional evidence such as an unboxing video or physical inspection.
In certain cases, you may be required to coordinate directly with the seller for replacement or exchange. Kifayti may facilitate communication but does not guarantee seller resolution timelines.
Refunds, where approved, may be processed through the original payment method, store credits, wallet balance, or replacement/exchange. Refund timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers. Kifayti reserves the sole discretion to determine refund eligibility subject to applicable law.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, before seller acceptance, in cases of inventory unavailability, or due to fraud prevention checks. Once dispatched, certain orders may no longer be cancellable.
Kifayti reserves the right to reject abusive return claims, restrict accounts with excessive returns, disable COD facilities, and take legal action in fraudulent cases.
